Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations may be accommodated for free for up to seven days before the stay, and additional charges may be incurred for cancellations or changes to the reservation thereafter.
- For high-season weekend reservations, 10% charge for cancellations 6–7 days before check-in, 30% for 4–5 days before check-in, 50% for 2–3 days before check-in, and 80% for the day before and the day of check-in
- Cancellation fees may differ according to seasons.
To ensure a comfortable environment for all, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from open-flame frying (grilled pork, grilled fish, etc.) in the room.
